筑路機械的維修和保養是完成生產任務的保障。正確處理機械的使用和保養維修,是現代公路施工企業機械化施工的一個至關重要的課題。
近年來,我單位在公路機械化施工中,按照“使用和保養并重”的原則進行管理,改變了以前施工中只注重機械使用,不注重機械保養,很多易于發現的問題被忽略,結果使有些設備的小問題變成大故障,有些甚至提前報廢。這不僅大大增加了機械維修成本,而且延誤了施工,有的甚至造成工程質量問題。針對這種情況,我們在機械管理上制訂并確定了每班保養內容,并督促實施。每月的月底進行強制保養2-3天,使很多故障在未出現前就被排除了。
瀝青攪拌設備中有換向閥,一般情況不會出現問題,所以之前也沒細致的了解過它的解決對策。但在實際運用的時候,也是有應對方法的。
瀝青攪拌設備換向閥的故障并不復雜,也就是換向不及時、氣體泄漏、電磁先導閥故障等等,對應的原因和解決方式當然也是不同的。以換向閥換向不及時現象來說,普遍是因為光滑不良、彈簧被卡住或損壞、油污或雜質卡住滑動局部等緣由引起的,對此需要檢查油霧器的狀態、潤滑油的粘度,有必要的話可以替換潤滑油或其他零部件。
在長時間的使用之后,換向閥容易出現閥芯密封圈磨損、閥桿和閥座損傷的現象,導致閥內氣體泄漏。此時,應替換密封圈、閥桿和閥座,或直接將換向閥換新。為了減少瀝青攪拌設備的故障率,平時也得加強維護保養。

Mandatory maintenance for 2-3 days at the end of each month, so many failures were eliminated before they appeared.
There is a reversing valve in the asphalt mixing equipment, and there is no problem in general. Therefore, it has not been carefully understood before. However, in actual use, there are also ways to deal with it.
The fault of the reversing valve of asphalt mixing equipment is not complicated, that is, the commutation is not timely, the gas leaks, the electromagnetic pilot valve is faulty, etc., and the corresponding reasons and solutions are of course different. In the case of the reversing of the reversing valve, it is generally caused by poor smoothness, stuck or damaged springs, oil stains or foreign matter stuck to the sliding parts. It is necessary to check the state of the lubricator and the lubricating oil. Viscosity, if necessary, can change lubricants or other parts.
After a long period of use, the reversing valve is prone to wear of the valve plug seal, valve stem and seat damage, resulting in gas leakage inside the valve. In this case, replace the seal, stem and seat, or replace the reversing valve directly. In order to reduce the failure rate of asphalt mixing equipment, it is necessary to strengthen maintenance.
